doing great!!!! broke out the good ol' biggest loser workout dvd yesterday and did the whole 50 minute cardio blast workout! and today i took my treadmill walk for 40 min and did 20 min power sculpt toning. i did break down and get some "diet helpers" to help me along so we will see how it works. I am feeling great now like i could workout daily like this for a long time. i cant wait too start seeing some result!
