hello moto? where did u go?

well...i think i am back on track???!!!??? what a crazy week so far i have been so unmotivated. but i  am pretty sure my moto is back today. sunday was fine i had to work but i was good and got on the tread for 45 minutes before work and ate well for the day then...monday happened and i don't know why but i did not workout at all and ate horrible! damn husband and kids! i came home for lunch fm work and picked up mcdonalds and well i guess being that i would usually eat a 10 piece supersized chicken nugget i only had 4 piece and a med. fry is better? it still totally threw me off track! then....ugh we had pizza hut for dinner!  man that shit was good too! so as much as i vowed to do right tuesday and tried to believe everyone deserves a free day, it killed me! and well in my slight defense my baby got a cold monday night and most of the day tuesday so workout just wasn't top priority but i also felt extremely guilty for eating what i did after 2 weeks of being so good to myself, i was starting to wonder if the 1 day of bad habits totally ruined my weight loss motivation. or maybe exhaustion was starting to set in? anyway...wednesday was slightly better and even though i totally tried to put it off i kind of got in the workout mood only too late since my hubby came home sick about 15 minutes into my cardio workout and well then it was cinco de mayo and mexican food was calling..dumb, dumb, dumb! So today may as well be a new beginning and i feel like myself again and successfully got on my treadmill for an hour and took my wog (my walking/jog) YAY! and i do feel good. and i do like my shake weight i have been doing my arm exercises just like the dvd and hopefully that works. back on track.
