isn't it ironic?

dontya think?
first...here i was thinking i should be losing 5 lbs a week and was all disappointed that i wasn't, realized today that i AM consistantly losing 2 pounds a week and that is GOOD! i should be majorly happy with that it is reasonable and healthy to lose at that rate.
second...i am so glad that i came clean to my blog about what i really weighed beacuse here i went to my favorite scale and oh 236.4. it read. of course.
so after reviewing my eating habits>which will be changing< and calculating my "diet debt" i am losing as much as to be expected.
my diet debt is right at 3500 cals so that is 1 lb a week and i can assume the other 1lb is more muscle burning fat and even at 2 lbs a week i will reach my goal of -40 by Bubbas Bday 2010!
i feel better! i was starting to think i reached a plateau of somesort. but im chuggin' along!

so i feel even more inspired to change and going to try to change some eating habits to 6 little meals instead of 2 small and 1 all nighter! lol...i have heard that it can make your body burn cals faster. i got a pedometer at work today, D says its lame but it tracked 2900 steps in 4 hours ? its intersting.
Gonna get NEW running shoes tomorrow...no more fitness shoes, i think they are effin up my feet. back to regular sneakers!
