i ran....

oh my gosh! i can tell my life is changing when i needed to go to the grocery store for a loaf of bread and decided that I would bike there with my son and got to the end of the street and decided that what I actually wanted to do was JOG to the store and that is what I did!!!!!!! I can almost not believe it myself but i can not remember a time where i actually chose to run somewhere vs drive. It was great I won't lie and there was definately walking inbetween the jogging but I can honestly say I believe i jogged more than walked. :) it was great. i really need a good reward though for all of my hard work, mama needs a new ipod! i want to start running this hill that is down the street from my house. and yes i am not delirious when i say i think it would be fun! but i need some tunes to make it happen. good thing somebodys birthday is around the corner....
