so things are going good and people are starting to notice my weight loss i am sure i have lost a couple more lbs but i am waiting to weigh myself for another week or so. i got a yoga weight loss dvd ive only made it thru the first 20 min its kinda boring but i so like the streaching but i do not feel like i am getting a workout. oh well the jillian michaels one kicks my booty! so yah tonight i am trying a diet soda cake thing some gals told me about i am sneaking it in to see if you know who even notices LOL :)
