my sketchers motovation...

a good week so far...and a couple of new motivation strategys..
1> my sketchers shape-ups...actually i bought them for work but I didn't feel a difference but then i used them to workout in and man! by thighs are killing mee! i cant wait to buy a tennis shoe pair! :)
2>I started a food and fitness journal which i am trying to keep as real as possible and be true to myself

ive worked out really hard the past 2 days and eating well drinking my water i feel good! i also dvd'd the new jillan michaels show and am thinking this will be a good weekly motivation to keep on going!
