so...with the help of my food journal i realized that although i cut over 5700 calories last week i eat a lot of FAT! ugh. but i do know it takes 3500 cals to reduce 1lb of fat so i don't know if i lost weight b/c of cutting calories but gained it back because of the fatty foods i ate but i will be back for an official weigh in later today! staying motivated gonna go buy some new workout dvds today and hopefully some new workout shoes later this week! :) i am totally noticing a change in my clothes all of my work pants are super saggy and for the first time in over a year i can fully button my labcoat and not look like i squeezed into it! i can't believe my bday is just around the corner...31 here i come...
