time flies

wow, i cant believe i havent written in almost a month! but things are going great still losing and everyone is noticing and even calling me skinny! last time i checked i had gotten down to 227 and i should have weighed myself today and forgot. ive even started to do more workouts in a day a couple days a week im adding a 30 min extra jillian. so i hope to get to my goal and lose 27 by october! and now i am going to eat cinnamon rolls...love cheat day!
