its a lifestyle...

thats what they say about weight loss, you have to change your life its not just a couple of months its for the rest of your life. i am feeling this life changing, its been a month since my last post and ive been trying to keep up my lifestyle change w/out being accountable to my diet journal and blog. i have not weighed myself in over a month. I am still working out and my new goal of running 1 mile every day started 2 days ago, i would like to run a 10 minute mile...today i ran it in 15.92. here is the biggest part of that i ran for the whole 16 minutes and 7 months ago i dont know if i could have even run for my life if i had to. so my 10 minute mile is my new goal. i am just trying to workout and keep up the weight ive lost to date i will weigh in next week its christmas time so staying away from sweets is hard this month. and maybe not this month but we will be getting a wii fit with new workout games :) that will be so fun and a much needed boost to all my workout stuff.
